Women’s Kickboxing personal lessons offer one-on-one attention in one of the most dynamic and respected martial arts in the world, Muay Thai kickboxing. Sessions will include instruction in the skills and techniques of this particular sport that will lead to increased levels of self-defense knowledge, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, body coordination, and self-confidence. Core training will conclude each session which includes an abdominal workout.
