Boxing

Boxing private lessons are based on the skill set of traditional western boxing.  The training combines a progression of boxing skills to include basic punches, combinations, boxing defense, and physical conditioning.  Boxing has become a popular alternative to conventional workout programs.  Students will learn boxing from a self-defense perspective, as well as from a sport application for boxing or MMA.   The goals of this training are suited to give individuals the opportunity to learn self defense skills and increase fitness levels.

Schedule:

           Monday-Friday (8am-5pm); Saturday & Sunday (11am-4pm)

Training duration:

          Individual - 30 min sessions      

          Group(2 or more) - 45 min sessions

          Group Session(2 students):  $75    $60

          Group Session(3 or more):   $35   $10 - $25 (per person)
