MMA

MMA training focuses on the all around fight and self-defense game of the individual student.  Training blends the three main elements of mixed martial arts competition: Kickboxing, clinching, and grappling.  The program involves a blend of many different arts and systems, these include:  Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Jui-Jitsu, Shoot Wrestling, Catch Wrestling, and Greco-Roman Wrestling.  Students will reach their personal goals MMA knowledge, skill, and fitness.

Schedule:

           Monday-Friday (8am-5pm); Saturday & Sunday (11am-4pm)

Training duration:

          Individual - 30/45 min sessions      

          Group(2 or more) - 45 min sessions

Rates & Specials:

          Individual Session(30 min):  $45    $35

          Individual Session(45 min):  $60    $50

          Group Session(2 students):  $75    $60

          Group Session(3 or more):   $35   $10 - $25 (per person)
