MMA Private Lessons: State College, PA/Penn State University
Located one block off the Penn State campus in downtown State College, Titan Fitness/State College Martial Arts Academy has been the leader in MMA instruction for over 15 years. Instructor, Bruce Lombard, is the only certified MMA coach in Central PAunder the world renowned MMA fighting system, Combat Submission Wrestling. Combat Submission Wrestling(CSW) was founded by Mixed Martial Arts pioneer and former world champion, Erik Paulson.
One-on-one trainings are available with Mr. Lombard seven days a week at Titan Fitness. Training aims at exposing and elevating students levels for sport or self-defense in the full MMA game: boxing, Thai Boxing, submission grappling and wrestling. Students can also choose to only focus on one or two of these areas of the MMA game if they desire.

Women’s Kickboxing and Self-Defense Lessons: Lowest Rates For Personal/Private Lessons In State College Area
Titan Fitness, located in downtown State College, offers one-on-one training in street practical self-defense and kickboxing for women of all ages. Private/Personal Muay Thai Lessons Available In State College,PA
One-on-one lessons are available in Muay Thai kickboxing at Titan Fitness in State College, PA. These private lessons are valuable for a student’s rapid learning growth with the techniques and strategies in the sport of Thai Boxing. Thai Boxing is recognized around the world as one of the most effective stand up systems for sport or self-defense. Private sessions can be in duration of 30 minutes or one hour. Submission Grappling

Instruction is designed to evolve a student’s takedown and submission grappling game. Training blends wrestling, Jui-Jitsu, Shooto, and Catch Wrestling ground systems. Grappling game development includes takedowns and takedown defense; top-position control; bottom-position escapes, reversals, and sweeps; submissions(chokes, arm locks, leg locks, and neck cranks); submission defense; and submission set-ups. This technical development is appropriate for sport, street defense, and fitness.

Women’s self-defense training is taught with a reality mind set that striking with punches, kicks, elbows, and knees are your best counter attack! Instruction is based on the sport of Muay Thai kickboxing, the national sport of Thailand. Training introduces kickboxing and self defense techniques including punches, kicks, knees, elbows, counters, and defenses. Training also emphasizes how to strike and defend when grabbed, held, or pushed against barriers. Ground defense is also an option with this training focusing primarily on escapes from bottom positions. Training also has a fitness element as muscle and cardiovascular endurance will be increased through repetition and drilling of techniques. Women’s self-defense is appropriate for all levels of experience and fitness.
