Boxing is a program based on the skill set of traditional western boxing. The class combines a progression of boxing skills that include basic punches, combinations, defense, and physical conditioning. One of our more popular co-ed classes, boxing has become a popular alternative to conventional fitness workout programs.
The goals of the program are to help individuals the opportunity to learn boxing and self-defense skills in a high cardio and upbeat classroom environment.
The class also includes an intense abdominal core training segment that is both challenging and fun for all levels!
Summer Class Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday (7:00pm-8:00pm); Friday (5:30pm-6:30pm)
