What Personal Training clients are saying?
"I started to Kickbox with Bruce just under 2 years ago! Throughout the past year and a half, I've learned so much and developed tremendously! Bruce was always willing to work with my schedule when I needed to adjust my training times and pushed me to be better every session. Going forward, I know I will be trying to find the best comparison I can to Bruce and LombardMMA wherever I go!! Definitely worth the try and the time!!" - Briana Lynn/PSU Student
"Bruce Lombard MMA/Muay Thai Kickboxing training has been instrumental in my post college football development over the past six months. While continuing my current weight room progressions, adding MMA/Kickboxing sessions has furthered my ability to become an NFL Kicker. The dynamic movements has enabled me to kick at greater distances as well as increase my endurance while making me a better athlete along the way. I highly recommend this type of training, as well as Bruce Lombard. The results speak for themselves." - Sam Ficken/NFL Player (Los Angeles Rams)
"I’ve trained with Bruce Lombard for the past six years. Bruce is very personable as well as motivational. He has a high standard of achievement and expertise in instructional technique. In short, he has my full respect. He’s been able to push me harder and so much farther than I could go on my own and I would highly recommend him as a trainer, coach and professional in his field." - Emma Vautour/State College resident
"Bruce's constant encouragement and genuine desire to help me be better motivates me to want to achieve my fitness goals and work as hard as I can during our work outs. He is supportive of my goals in the gym and out and has really made a positive difference in my life physically, mentally, and emotionally. - Madeline Strasser/Penn State Sorority Panhellenic President
