Personal training sessions are offered for one on one, or small groups (2-6). All trainings are instructed by Professional MMA and Muay Thai Coach, Bruce Lombard. Sessions focus on the sport, self-defense, and fitness goals of the trainee. Personal training is available in the technical application of:
- Muay Thai kickboxing
- Kickboxing fitness
