Personal Training

One on one, and small group training are available with Professional MMA and Muay Thai Coach, Bruce Lombard. Sessions focus on the martial art and fitness goals of the trainee. Personal training is available in the areas of: Muay Thai kickboxing, boxing, MMA, submission grappling, kickboxing fitness, and self-defense application.

FREE consultation is available with Coach Lombard to discuss martial arts and self-defense goals, as well as, fitness and health goals before starting your personal training experience.
