Our Mixed Martial Arts class blends the four key elements of today’s popular “Mixed Martial Arts” as seen in the UFC. These four elements are boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, submission grappling, and wrestling.

Our MMA program is taught in each of our classes of instruction including Muay Thai kickboxing, boxing, and Brzilian Jiu-Jitsu.  MMA grappling class focuses on the art of ground n' pound and situational application.

The four disciplines are instructed in separate classes and ultimately put together in our controlled and safe sparring class, or with our LombardMMA Fight Team practices.
