Pilates

Our Pilates class, led by Certified Instructor Myranda Daye, focuses on a participants full-body alignment, ideal range of motion at the joints, and a balance of all opposing muscles.  The class improves strength, flexibility, balance, and core development.

This empowering and fun class dims the lights and soothes the mind and body with calming music and professional support.  This class will also assist you in improved posture, better breathing, greater mood, weight loss and tone.

Classes are 45 minutes long.  No equipment necessary.  Yoga mat optional.
