Pilates

Pilates is offered in a PRIVATE one on one, or small group (2-4) format, led by Certified Instructor Myranda Daye, focuses on a participants full-body alignment, ideal range of motion at the joints, and a balance of all opposing muscles.  The class improves strength, flexibility, balance, and core development.

These empowering sessions dims the lights and soothes the mind and body with calming music and professional support.  These sessions will also assist you in improved posture, better breathing, greater mood, weight loss and tone.

Session are 30-45 minutes long.  No equipment necessary.  Yoga mat optional.
