LombardMMA is more than a place where high performers come to be their best. Bruce Lombard has attracted national attention for his method of martial arts and boxing coaching and the incorporation of his training techniques as part of the MMAFx creation. Coach Lombard travels around the country to train NFL and highest level of collegiate football athletes in hand fighting and hand speed tactics.

Our
history

LombardMMA has been providing martial arts and boxing instruction to the State College and Penn State community for over 20 years. We have been fortunate to share our instruction and training methods with clients of all ages, backgrounds, experience levels, and fitness levels.

FAQ

LombardMMA has lots of training options available. We offer large group classroom training and Personal Training. Our class options include: boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, & Women’s Kickboxing Fitness. Personal training options include one on one, or small group (2-4 people), in boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing & self-defense.

Yes, we do! Making healthy happen should be as easy as possible and the option to take a quick shower after a workout is sometimes the difference between “I can work out” and “I can’t work out.” Our club has showers and bathrooms, and offer lockers.

LombardMMA does not have long-term contracts. Our contracts are month to month, with a 30-day cancelation policy.

All students in our general classes must be at least 12 years and older. For members under the age of 12, we only offer personal training, in either one on one or small group (2-4 persons).

Yes, we offer free parking with a pass. Passes are available from our front desk during your training time.
