Our Muay Thai Kickboxing classes are designed to teach one of the most powerful kickboxing systems in the world. Our training focuses on the 8-point fighting system of Muay Thai, including punches, kicks, knees, and elbow strikes. You will learn effective striking combinations, counters, defenses, and sport strategy.

Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are designed to teach the foundational techniques of submission grappling. You will learn key positioning, sweeps, and submissions. The emphasis of this class is on mastering techniques and basic movements. As you progress, you will have the opportunity to earn belts and even compete in BJJ and grappling tournaments.

Women’s Kickboxing

Our Women's Kickboxing class combines self-defense, kickboxing, and Pilates for a unique and effective workout experience. Taught by a former competitive kickboxing and certified Pilates instructor, it is the only class of its kind in the State College area. The class is designed specifically for women and will help you reach your goals in self-defense, core development, and strength.

Pilates

Our Pilates classes, led by certified instructor Myranda Daye, are offered in a private one-on-one or small group (2-4) format. The classes focus on full-body alignment, optimal range of motion in joints, and balancing opposing muscles. Through this class, you will improve strength, flexibility, balance, and core development.
